Q: How long does it take?
A: Delivery times are displayed in the table above. Codes are usually delivered in a few hours. Factory Codes may take a little longer to process. Yes! Processing is done on weekends and holidays.

Q: Can this break my phone?
A: No, it's impossible to break your phone. All you're doing is keying-in a bunch of numbers.

Q: Does this VOID my warranty?

Q: How do I enter the unlock code?
A: Once you submit your order, you will recieve a confirmation email in a few hours. On that email you will recieve instructions on how to unlock your phone for review. The last step is to wait for the email with the unlock code only. If you recieve no communication from us, please check your SPAM folder before submitting an inquiry.

Q: I can't find my IMEI.
A: Turn on your phone without SIM Card, Dial *#06# .. Your IMEI is instantly revealed. The IMEI number is a 15 digit number that starts with either a 3, 1, 9 or 0. In cases where more than 15 numbers are displayed, please give us the First 15 digits only. Please always get the IMEI from your phone and not from the Box as sometimes there may be discrepancies.
